On my recent trip with the TT I have found an odd chirp on downshift and it sounds like the TC clutch.
It only happens when I am loaded with the trailer and its shifting down into 4th with the EB on. The other gears don't do it, only 4th. And it doesn't matter if I do the shift manually or if its automatic in the T/H mode. You can certainly feel it and it sounds like a dry electric clutch chirp on an old swather or mower.
I have not had any shudder issues with the TC hauling and only have used level 3 on the S67 towing. Anyone else have this issue??

You have described it perfectly, my truck does the exact same thing. Coming down the big hill on the Coquihalla Highway. My truck is completely stock. I don't think it's anything to be too concerned with.
