this is the second time my check engine light and also the throttle light (lightning bolt) have come on and after a day shut off. the dealer told me the first time that the battery was being drained and thats why it came on. But both lights came on again today' they were on all day and driving home they both shut off. anyone have similar problems?

Pull the codes if you can.
Key on and off three times [no start], have pen and paper ready, watch odometer...write down the codes that appear. Then we can at least help out with what the codes are.

I had this on my 07.5 6.7 as well but it went away when I was doing Beta testing of the Smarty and downloaded an update. Your codes that are stored should help determine the problem.
