Alignment after level kit and 35"

Looking for a bit of advice here. I just installed a 2" level kit and put some 35" pro comps on - now I'm wondering if I should have an alignment done. It drives straight and smooth, so I don't want to just throw away $80 if I don't need to - just checking to see what other's experiences have been.

i would if it wanders or drives differently after you put the kit on. If it is just the spacers and no lower control arms, you shouldnt need to align it.

it doesn't seem to wander .. just a bit bouncier on the rough road, the reason I originally posted the question was that every place I had quote the spacer install wanted to do an alignment afterwards.....one of those shops also always wants to replace the calipers when doing a brake job, so i figured the alignment wasn't necessary

You need to align it. A level kit will throw off the toe. But you can adjust toe yourself.

I had the dealer check the toe-in for me after I put in the 2" spacer kit. It did need a minor adjustment but they only charged me $25 to do it. It handled and drove fine before that but I think the tire wear may have suffered if I didn't get it adjusted.

The 2" spacers will generate a 4 degree toe change. Align the wheels.
