NAPA replacement water pump failed at just 3 weeks and just under 10k miles. This time I was a little closer to home but it's STILL the same old story - have to wait a minimum of 1 day to get one shipped because no one has them in stock. So Dodge calls me back after I order a pump from Cummins with a guaranteed next day delivery and tells me that they can get a pump from NAPA and have me out the door this afternoon. Of course right now I'm jammed solid with work for the next 2 weeks. As much as I hated to do it, I go with the NAPA pump again so I can leave tonight as scheduled. Hope this one works out, if not I'll have the Cummins pump by tomorrow for a spare. Just hate having to make decisions like that.

 

I do not,will not ever buy anything NAPA again because of stuff like this,in my 2001 I went throught 2 NAPA waterpumps in a month,bought a dodge one and still running strong
