I had just replaced the accelerator pedal had got the dreaded red lightning bolt and while clearing the codes at Advanced Auto these two popped up. P1011 fuel pump pressure low and Po 087 fuel rail pressure low. So are these 2 tied together? Does this mean its time to replace the C3 pump.And rail pressure low,is there a sensor to replace or it is tied in.. The truck has 400k on it,Ram 3500 crew cab and unknown what has been done to it picked it up at auction except I see a DPF delete but still have the EGR intact. Seems to be running and idling fine now. Any suggestions. Will be getting a scan tool but $400 price tag will need to wait till after christmas.
