Yes, most of them are.. but if you look at the application guide when there isn't an amsoil equivalent they sell WIX... which is the case for fuel filters... I have told Amsoil that Wix, and even Donaldson, don't meet the current Dodge specs.. all they did was remove the Donaldson and leave the WIX.

What fuel filters on the market now meet Dodge specs?

Read a post on another forum that the new AFE filter does not separate water. My self I will not use any filter that can't take care of water.

if that's the case, it's of no use unless you're running a sperate water separator.

Yeah I read that as well.... Only 1 of my 3 filters isn't a water sep, and its the last.... but with only one filter there is no way I would run that.

I can't believe that nobody has gotten an answer from ARE on the water separator question. I'll go e-mail them now.

Here is the answer I just received from a tech support rep at AFE:

From what I am being told it is not a water separator. The 44FF010 does meet the Chrysler 3 micron rating.

I'll be ordering some Baldwin filters for my truck.

You did good getting a answer back. I e-mailed WIX last Friday about their fuel filter and I'm still waiting for a answer...
What I don't understand is why if our trucks are required a water separator fuel filter, why are there so many fuel filters manufactures making fuel filters that don't meet those specs?
Does anybody have a complete list of fuel filters that can be used?
