Is a phone number a Dodge dealer technician can call to speak with a technical specialist for help with problem diagnostics. They also have a large database where problems and solutions can be tracked.

AKA the STAR center. I hate them guys... they always made it hard for me to warranty injectors when I worked for a dealer Biron is a pretty cool guy tho

Don't bother calling though, even if someone gives you the number you'll need a dealer number and tech number to get through. They also have caller ID, so they can tell where you are calling from. I called from home one day because they were too busy while I was at work, and I had to get home to watch the kids. Anyhow, they really gave me the run around because I wasn't calling from a dealership phone! Took some convincing, but after they heard the story, I got a nice e-mail and a pat on the back from the dealer principle for great dedication!
