when i rev my truck up it makes a noise cha cha cha cha when it comes down it does it alot with the bully dog on but on stock i can still here it i can understand hearing it with the Bully on but not stock whats the problem

 

are you at a high RPM and then let off the gas pedal all the way? If you are doing that, then it is turbo bark
