Hey there! My truck is going into the dealer today for the 3rd water pump issue in the last 4,000 miles. Truck started by drizzling coolant from the overflow bottle ( Pressure issue). Pressure tested OK. Water pump leaking a second time and they replaced. Now after 3,000 miles Water pump is leaking AGAIN from the weep hole. I gues it could be a bad pump, but I went ahead and called Dodge to get their engineering dept involved. Any other suggestions?

We testyed for exaust gas in the coolant ( Head Gasket) none found. Sent oil sample in, no coolant in oil. Could it be a freeze plug issue ( I am told) or head Gasket still? Thanks!

 

Could be a pulley aligment problem. Suggest to the dealer to check the alighment on all the pulleys.
