A U-joint question

For My '05 Ram 2500 4WD 5.9L, I once bought a rear driveshaft U-joint, Neapco 2-0054HD that equals Spicer 5-160X. I kept the box for reference.
Now I need a new one and the partsfinder at theujointstore.com suggests that the Neapco 2-0760 (Spicer 5-760X).
I'm a bit riddled by this, can this be the same joint?

Per the Neapco catalog:
Neapco 2-0054 is a 1410 greasable u-joint spicer part number is 5-160X. Non greasable is 2-0801 and spicer is 5-801Xf
A neapco 2-0760 is a 1310 non geasable.
