Maybe bad FOB key, try another key. You can pull the IOD fuse and wait ten minutes push the fuse back in. Resets the WCM module. If the PCM/ECM receives an invalid key message, or receives no message from the SKREEM over the CAN data bus, the engine will be disabled after about two seconds of operation. The ElectroMechanical Instrument Cluster (EMIC) (also known as the Cab Compartment Node/CCN) will also respond to the invalid key message on the CAN data bus by flashing the security indicator ON and OFF.

Try disconnecting both battery for ten minutes. Disconnect ground cable on the batterys. Make sure ignition key is off when doing that. That will reset the WCM.

Can it be caused by the factory security?
