Truck doesn't want to back up

My truck had a problem when it was brand new that it didn't want to back up when cold. The problem went away for a year and since then I have put alot of after market parts in the trans and have a DTS shift enhanser installed and now it is starting to have the same problem again. When it is really cold it is fine but when it is around 30 degrees farenheit the torque converter will just slip like there is no fluid. Eventually with a little rpm it will sart to move but it is definately slipping. After I get down the road a bit and it warms up there is no problem. I think I remember hearing about a TSB for trans fluid leaking back from the TC when cold. Anyone else have this problem or know about a fix? Thanks, Tom J.
