Trans shifting too quickly..

Is anyone else having this problem? It just seems to shift through the gears too quickly and then I end up lugging in OD until my speed catches up. I sometimes just shift manually to deal with it. This was happening to my 98 before I got rid of it. I guess I'll be putting it in the shop to get the APPS checked out. I tried resetting it but it didn't change anything.

I also sometimes have trouble getting the selector lever out of park. I have to keep pressing the brake pedal and letting off and finally it will move. Is anybody having this problem?

Sounds like a computer problem, when I got mine it would shift out of first @ 5mph & then 2nd @ 15 & 3rd # 20, & then I started having tc locking & unlocking problems & I took the truck in for the tsb for that but they updated my whole computer to 2002 specs & the thing shifts great now 1st is like 10-15mph 2nd is like 30, & 3rd can be as high as 60mph really helped on the acelleration!
if it were me I would take it back to the dealer & let them deal with it it's still under warranty right? I thought mine was a VB problem but when I got the truck back after they updated the software it fix a lot of problems, liuke I used to have a surging problem on cruise now that got fixed also.
