i have a goerend triple disc converter and upgraded valve body/shift kit. anywyas i notice that when i drive slowly and accelerate i notice it shifts 1,2,3 then back to 2nd sometimes. you either have to accelerate aggressively or not at all. is this common for a shift kit? does it towing to.

 

I have the same set up as you, minus the shift kit and mine did that since the first day I installed it. I got a shift enhancer from dave and it fix the problem.

 

is it because shift kits need to be driven aggressively?

 

does yours have a cable going down to your tranny or is it electronic
