has anyone experienced shift flaring while down shifting from 3-2 at wot?

Mine does this around 35-40 mph. If i depress the throttle 75% or wot it seems like the trans does not know what gear to go into. It will start to accelerate while in 3rd then flare while down shifting to 2nd. When it goes into 2nd it is already at redline then it upshifts back to 3rd. It will do it every time at the mentioned speed. If I am slower it will go to second but it still has room to accelerate. If I am going above 40 and in 4th it will down shift to 3rd normally. I have a trango in my tool box waiting to be put in, which I will be doing next month with the annual tranny service.


Anyone have any Idea's?
