Too many miles for head studs?
The only reason to install headstuds on a CR Cummins if because you have added a ton of power (fuel and boost).
Adding a ton of power on a 316, 000 miles Cummins is risky IMO.
However, if your headgasket is not leaking, compression or coolant, you likely would have no issue installing one head stud at a time like many of us have over the years.

Why are you wanting to add studs?
