Tires and Gear ratio?

Is there a formula to find out what size tire will get 4.10 gearing to close 3.73?

Exactly what CrazyCooter said... Change your gears and tires by the same percentage. 3.73's are 10% taller than 4.10's, thus in order to get your 4.10's to act like 3.73's, you'll need to change your tire by the same percentage; 10%.

Same deal if you want gears to turn your now giant tires like you turned your factory ones... tires 20% taller than stock? You need gears 20% shorter than stock.
