Thumbs up These trucks are awsome!

I just got back from out of town. This is the first time I really worked my truck. I have pulled anywhere from 2k to 6k with it since I bought it new in 2003. It has been a great truck. I just bought a 22ft gooseneck flatbed and headed up to St. Louis from DFW, Texas. I was empty going up there and still got about 15mpg with a 3200lb trailer behind me. I picked up to Tennant sweepers and brought them back to Texas. The sweepers wieghed 4100lbs a piece. That gave me a total of right at 11,400lbs coming back home 700 miles. This beast never missed a lick. I ran anywhere from 65 to 75mph the whole way back home. The only reason not to go faster would be traffic and safety. I knew I had a great truck but man these things really do pull great. Oh, by the way, I got about 12 to 13mpg loaded coming home.

Yes they are. I'm getting over 9mph dragging a 12+k 5'ver and pulling 75mph uphill.
