My 04' surges when under half throttle with my superchips cortex programmer programmed on the performance setting, it only does it when i give it more than half throttle or when the motor is around 2200 rpm, i have only noticed it when it is on that (performance) setting, i have not noticed it when stock or on the economy setting, you can hear the turbo surging or fluctuating, is this a big problem or is it normal? there are absolutely no codes being thrown and there havent been any codes.

 

Are you watching your rail pressure when this happens? What's it doing?

You could have too much rp... Can you turn it down on your programmer?
