steering stabilizer

Could a bad stabilizer be the culprit to my looser steering at highway speeds?

I had the balljoints/ujoints done last year, and ever since then I have been noticing the steering is loose when I get up to highway speeds. kinda scary actually!

Also check the track bar. The ends get worn and sloppy.
