I am having an issue with sterring shimmy at low speed .If i turn a corner at low speed when the wheel straightens out it shimmys almost like the feeling of 4 wheel drive on dry pavement.I checked the 4 wheel system to make sure its not locked i had this problem once before when i had new tires on put on the truck.I popped the power steering resorvoir cap and the problem went away.This time it is not working.Any ideas?

 

axle u joints, see any reddish dust around caps?

 

I would check the tie-rod ends also. When I had a bad tie rod end my steering wheel would move back and forth quite a bit in slow turns.

 

U-joint for sure I have the same problem and I know my u-joint is shot.
