Start Stutter.

It kicks off and as it starts it sounds like it bogs down, kinda like it's not getting as strong a dose of fuel all the sudden. And I've had a water in fuel light going on for the last week (but I think that is water coming in from the fuel cap (not the stock cap))
Is this a sign of anything? (Like taking everything out of the truck and going down to the dealer)

You could start by draining the water out. It will only hold so much water before...

Been there, done that. It does seem to start better today, I guess I finally got it all drained out. But it was doing it (start stutter) between the times the light came on.
