Solid flywheel w/ stock clutch?

I have a CON OFE w/ solid flywheel right now. If I wanted to switch back to the stock clutch would I also have to put the Dual Mass Flywheel back in? Or could I leave the solid flywheel and use it with the stock clutch? What about the upgraded hydraulics? Would I have to put the stock stuff back on?
Since I'm not BOMBing anymore I'm trying to think of ways to make my truck more enjoyable to drive in this wonderful traffic 5 days a week....
