Small Coolant Leak?

I only lost enough that I just needed to refill the reservoir (coolant level was at the bottom). I'm not sure how I lost that much. Truck was parked on an incline in my drive way (nose up).

Mine was leaking so I went out and bought the new hose and clamps and then got to looking at it and decided to try tighteneing the clamps instead of replacing it and it hasent leaked sence. That was 18 months ago. I keep the new hose and clamps in the glove box so if it does ever go I have the parts on hand.
