Shutter in reverse

Alright. I have HTS with single disc converter. When I put it in to reverse it feels like I have to give it a little more gas then I used to. Usually I engage in to reverse and it'd jsut take off - now I have to give it gas. Now, today, it has a shutter in reverse. The other day I did have to back up a Deere that weighted in around 9K + trailer up a very steep short hill while turning - had to give it a good amount of gas and probaly should of been in 4 low. What do you guys think? Should I change the filter and fluid and see what happens? Anything electronic control reverse?

Drop the pan and check the rear band. I think you hurt it.

Alright I'll check it out. What should I check for? Wear, blueing? Think it just needs adjusted?

Yes to all the above. Might want to check apply pressures in reverse also. The rear servo can be a weak point at times.
