Shudder

I have an 04 Dodge Cummins(305hp) 1 ton 4dr 2wd 6sd and have a shudder in all gears at 1400-1700 rpm, I think it could be a u-joint but there is no squeek. It is more pronounced when pulling the horse trailer. It starts to shake at 1400rpm and stops at 1700rpm, it sure feels like a cylinder is dropping off. Any ideas before I go to a dealer?

Mine was the carrier bearing and two u-joints.

It usually the U joints that cause this.
