Right Rear Brake Pads

Changed out tires last week and noticed the RR pads worn quite a bit, hardly any wear on left rear. It looks like the caliper is either stuck in the slide or piston(s) is stuck in bore. Anybody else experience this issue?

Yes I have! Just replaced my right rear caliper a month ago! One of the piston boots was torn and the piston was rusted and stuck! I only had 74k on the truck. You're looking at around $95 with the core exchange! Good luck!
