Removing the cat

Does it make it louder with the cat removed with a flow Thu muffler (4040XL)?

Does it make more in cab drone with the cat removed with a flow Thu muffler?

Does it get better m.p.g. with the cat removed with a flow Thu muffler (4040XL)?

What is the benefit of removing the cat?

BINGO!!! HorseHauler wins the prize!

You will be a lot better off leaving the cat in place. I think most will agree that it helps to keep from having the "drone"..... doesn't affect the milage or horsepower as long as it isn't plugged. Not to mention you don't have to worry about paying a fine if you get caught without it.
