rear brakes

I like I am sure a lot of you have had a problem with the rear calipers freezing up from debris getting kicked up into the rear caliper. I herd from a mechanic the other day that on the'06 dodge they put a dust shield on the rear brakes much like is on the front to stop this problem and he said it was a direct fit for the '05, does anyone know if this is true and has anyone tried it and did it work to keep the debris out? thanks!!!
