Just had one put in , but not picked up truck from the shop yet. The tech called me and let me know it was ready. He said that I could not run the fuel level below 1/4 of a tank. Doing so could cause the pick up to not get fuel on sudden stops and such. I dont like this when making long haul trips with camper. Has anyone had any problems with starving the pump and how critical is sticking to the rule of not going below 1/4 tank?
