Pusher Pump

This might be a stupid one ...but is the Pusher Pump the small pump mounted on the back of the filter canister?

The pump you reference is the lift pump. Based on what I see on the forums a pusher pump is usually related to discussions involving something like the FASS or Air Dog systems.
