PRXB Backpressure set from the factory?

PRXB Backpressure set from the factory?
I have had the PRXB on my 07 for about a year now. The Website says that some come pre set from the factory for pressure and other units do not. Anybody else out there know if the back pressure on the PRXB for newer trucks comes pre set? Thanks!
