Problem's with engine/drivetrain Performance vs Stock

Just wanted to know who has had problems with their engine or drivetrain when you have added performance mod's or left it bone stock?

I think this can be a highly individual thing. Some trucks may have problems even stock because their owners run the dog snot out of them all the time and don't maintain them. On the other hand, I believe you can bomb the hell out of one and if you drive it properly MOST of the time and do maintenance on it...it can run virtually forever, troublefree.

For this polls purposes though..........I voted no problems running with modifications....due to my recent addition of the SMARTY.

I think CTD hit the nail on the head.
