I was in 4Lo and towhaul yesterday hauling some felled trees across a field. I was slowing down from 15mph to come to a stop and it felt like the torque converter stayed locked. The truck shuddered and shook, at about 2mph it finally "let go" and the idle returned to normal. It had been pulled way down.
Any thoughts.

what gear were you in? hoppfully not D should have been in atleast 2 or 1 for that kind of work.
