Power Brakes

I am having an issue with my power brakes on my Dodge Cummins 05 3500 right now.
I have checked fluids in brake res and power steering and find no leaks externally and when I drive with foot of brake it seems to build up pressure ok and first hit the brakes are good but if I stay on the pedal as in coming to a stop light or such I lose pressure and pedal goes down to stop but hardly any brakes.
My power steering is working ok it seems and Abs functioning well with no warning light shown any guesses as to what I am getting into, all help appreciated on my problem.

It is a low mileage for its year about 95 k

Master cylinder is what it sounds like. Can't remember if that is part of the hydro boost or not.

Is there a test out there to expose this as the problem?

No it is separate from it I think.

Noop, just years of experience on my end. Your master cylinder is by-passing the fluid would be my guess. Common symptom.
