Possible valve cover leak

Possible valve cover leak

looks like i have some possible sweating ontop of head at bottom of valve cover. do these normally leak. i have 8000 km on rebuilt motor it shouldnt be sweating yet? its on the passenger side above the head on the turbo side.

Check the block plugs (allen key threaded plugs) on top. They were my issue when I thought I had the same leak.
