P2509 trouble code?

Well, in learning about this new truck. I decided to check my Trouble codes today. It showed a P2509 code which I believe is a: ECM/PCM Power Input Signal Intermittent code.

Is this a problem?

Any way to clear that out or is it a take to dealer to reset codes. I do not have a scanner and not sure if our local auto parts place have one either.

Learning new things every day about this new truck.

Thanks.

I tried disconnecting the 2 batteries for 10 minutes but upon connecting back up, code still reads P2509. Guess I will need to find scanner to clear or bring back to Dodge Dealer. I was hoping not to go there until the first service call down the road after 7000 miles or so.

I heard pushing the TRIP button and then turning the key to ON also may reset the codes. I tried that and it does some funky things but didn't reset trip code of P2509.

Looks like it does a complete diagnostics or something.

While working on the truck last night. I had both batteries disconnected for 1 hour. Upon connecting back up, I noticed no more code. So I guess just leaving it disconnected for such a long time did the trick.
