P2149 help

I have a 05 3500 and have P2149 code with the usual symptoms but with no other codes. I’ve checked everything and checked ohms and all within spec.

I followed a repair guide sent to me and found out I have 4 volts at the plug on high side drivers when key on. I replaced the wiring and still have the 4 volts. What could be causing this?

P2146/9 are usually death codes for 2003-07 injectors. P2146 refers to injectors 1-3, P2149 refers to injector 4-6.

What is the resistance reading for each injector? This is usually the 1st step. Then check the injector wiring and connectors.

Search for P2146/9 on this forum for a ton of reading on these codes.

I checked everything and injectors are brand new as first thing I thought of, it’s the 4volts on the high side drivers(all 3, pink/tan wires) causing the issue. I already replaced the 3 wires as well right to ecm plug
