p0243 and p0480 codes with too much boost??

I had a remote start installed on my truck last month and every time i use the remote function my check engine light comes on with p0243 and p0480 codes. Unfortunately I moved from the area before I got it completely resolved (the salesman told me the ECU would learn to compensate for whatever changes occurred in the engine and the CEL would go away). I believed him.

Anyway, i noticed last night when driving home that even on level grade going around 75 mph i was running 12-15 pound of boost. Does this sound right??

*P0243 Wastegate Pressure Control PWM
*P0480 Fan 1 Control Circuit

Could something be wonky with my wastegate?

on yea, the turbo timer doesn't work right on it either, the remote start system has a turbo shut down timer but it only worked in the installers lot. grr...

thanks

nate

Sound to me like the install team tapped into the wrong wires.
