Good work on that post. Guess I’m going to try slapping one of my smaller magnets on the bottom of my oil filter keeping it away from any electronics. It could be interesting.
If anybody is interested, go to www.Gaussboys.com and check out their crazy pictures section to get an idea of the power of the current magnets. Out camping I was freaking out some kids by moving a bunch of silverware and stuff around a picnic table using my “mind”. I had actually duct taped one of the bigger magnets to my knee under my pants and was rubbing my knee under the table. The table was over 2in thick wood so it didn’t occur to them that I was using a magnet.

but didn’t you say you used a grinder to cut open the filter? You took the magnet off before grinding?
Yeah, I thought of that...that's why I took the magnets off first, and then used a cut rock to open up the canister.Every now and then a stop and think before I jump into something!
