Off idle bog from dead stop.

Just kinda bogs down for a second when taking off from a dead stop, not exactly dead pedal. It seems to only do it when it's at operating temp (200-205), and it does not do it everytime. It might do it a few times in a row, then maybe 1 in 5, then some trips not at all.

When it does bog, and then "catches" she seems a bit gutless for a few seconds. I've tried to duplicate it at speed by letting off, then slamming it down............nope........instant throttle response.

This truck will probably hit 200,000 miles in a day or 2, and it is box stock except for what is in my sig.

Yes, I know I am waaayyyyyyyyyy past borrowed time on the lift pump, could that be the problem ? Seems all the reports of failure on here for the LP, they just went completely out, this has been going on for a few weeks. First thought was I got some bad fuel, I've run about 3 tanks of fuel (fortified with Diesel Kleen) and changed the filter out twice, still doing it.

I am guage less, so I don't know what the fuel pressure is at.
