Occasional slop to/from stop

My truck has 94k and 4k miles ago I had the tranny fluid and filter changed along with the governor and transducer for the low speed shudder. Lately I've noticed a little slop when accelerating from a stop at times. Does it maybe 1 out of 4 times. Less often I'll notice it when a stop completes. Does this sound like a u joint? I've had the rear one replaced but the front one is still original. If not, what do you think? Once past the initial launch from a stop everything seems normal.
