BRJ (nice truck by the way), My pressures only fluctuate around 1/8 tank and lower. My truck has had the lift pump relocation recall done, and I left the holley blue on the frame that I had previously installed intact. My cruising and idle pressures are 25 psi, WOT drops to 19-21 depending on conditions. I have an electric fuel pressure guage with the sender mounted about 3" from the outlet of the holley.
