No Running lights

The running lights are not working and I'm not sure where to look next. All the fuses are good and I pulled the light switch and it look fine. Any idea where to look next

a friend of mine had his do the same thing, I checked everything and in the end I jumpered a fuse that was not being powered up, I believe its an issue with some TIPM, cant remember what I did exactly as it was about 3yrs ago I did it. it was supposed to be a temporary fix, he never did look at fixing it properly and he drives his truck for a living (8-10hrs a day 5days a week).
I'd have to go back and see what it was I did, as the jumper wire is still there

Sometimes a fuse looks good but is not. Did you replace the fuse for the running lights or just visually inspect the one that's there?
