No Codes, Loss power, Rattle, and puzzled!

I own a 06 with CAI, 5in turbo back magnflow, predator programmer, 285/70/17 and a 2in level. The truck has 22,000 miles on it. It has been acting up lately and cant pin the issue. I feel like it has lost power. When I am on the highway it struggles and sounds like it is drowning in overdrive. Takes a hard pedal to get the transmission to shift to a passing gear. The exhaust makes a loud drown sound, that it didnt make before. The boost is higher than normal at crusing speed and when accelerating. This is also making my egt a little higer than normal. Thought it was an injector, but had them checked and they are ok. I also have a engine rattle like it isnt getting the right fuel. It knocks like a gas truck. Worse gas milage than before also. I changed my fuel filter and trans filter and still have seen no change. Then today when it was warming up, the exhast sounded like it was surging when idiling at 1000 rpms. Engine sounded fine, but the sound out of the exhaust was scary. Im a new deisel owner and cant figure this out, from all the reading i have done on this forum.. Is it Turbo related? Please help thanks so much ZAch

It does this with the programmer on or off. No codes showing

Where did you fill up recently?? Pull the fuel filter and check for water, dirt, rust, black sludge (algae). Filter will be black so don't panic over that.

Take the programmer off of it first and see if it corrects itself within about ten ignition cycles. Other wise Im betting its fuel related.

check the map sensor o ring, mine was burned and bypassing the map sensor causing a surge at cruising speed and a loud idle clacking noise, bottom line , the map was causing faulty readings to the ecm and strange things were happening.
