New Truck Owner, first stop fluid change

hello,

thanks to the group, i appreicate the information on purchasing a CTD.
i am now the owner of a 2005 CTD, 2WD, short bed, Auto, all stock, i would like to change the fluids fuel filter, oil and filter, and transmission.

looking for suggestions on what fluids to use. i typically run mobil 1 in all my other vehicles. i will more than likely change the rear end and check the brake pads as well.

thanks in advance

I use all synthetic`s in my 06 2 wheeler, pretty much all amsoil, its expencive, im sure mobile 1 is just as good, yes do the rear diff. if your carefull you can use the seal over, I use baldwin fuel filters, get them from a peterbuilt shop, way cheaper than dodge, and I use donaldson oil filters, get them from a freightliner shop, way cheaper than dodge, been all good for 70 thou. have fun.
