My stock lift pump died, so i called the dealer they had a conversion kit oem mopar to covert to intake pump with the whole harness etc. Install went very easy, but the last 2 pages are with reflashing the ecu. My question is the truck runs drives seems to have same power, Should i get the ecu reflashed?

What year, do you have any mods? Have you ever had the computer re-flashed?

 

its a 04 dually, Mods catback quad x2 race module. Thats about all. I just didnt know with deleting lift pump to intank pump will need a reflash. Mopar instructions say we recommend getting a reflash. But truck seems to be running ok so far ha

 

leave it alone... run it like it was.

 

we don't flash them even at the dealership so leave it alone.

 

Thanks guys. I pulled a trailer today, just seems like it has less power. How much boost should i see, btw its reading off the the quad x2 race programer. 25-28lb?
