Ok here we go, so I bought a 2006 cummins and was told doesn't run as couple rockers are broken, I've repaired the rockers and wont start. It seems to not have any fuel to motor, I've searched and think there is a sensor on the back of the injection pump that cuts the lift pump is this correct?
so after more inspection I've found that fuel makes it to injection pump but doesn't come out of the pump. anyone have any ideas if I'm into a injection pump or is there a issue with these that I could repair?
If you have fuel at pump, you should have flow thru pump as the lift pump will self prime system, it requires no bleeding. Try disconnecting one injector line to see if system flows, if not remove line out of pump since you know you have flow in.
I tried to opening the injector line and nothing so I opened feed line to fuel rail and still nothing so I opened line at pump and still nothing coming out. load of pressure off line that comes from the tank to feed the injection pump
