Question Need help!!!

I have a question for ya'll. I am working on a 2006 Dodge ram 3500 for a friend of mine. It is the 5.9l with the 48re auto. Truck has 196k miles on it right now. It is throwing the following codes: P1753, P0191, P1222, P0708, B1421, B210D, and U0019... I am somewhat set on replacing the ecm but not sure. The truck has no power and shifts from first to second at over 3k rpm. The truck also has a brand new ATS Transmission and triple disc converter. The new transmission has around 1500 miles on it. Also had similar symptoms before the new transmission was installed. The truck is a one owner truck and has never been tuned. After the new transmission was installed they wanted to put a Hypertech tuner on it. The tuner seems to make no power difference and the truck is still a dog on level 3. Any advise would be appriciated
