Year old this month and 27,000 no problems. Dads got 76,000 on his 03 and a 48re with no problems (heavy haulin everyday)

100,600 Miles on mine, but it was purchased with 93,000 on it last October. No problems for me since Ive had it.

I don't know if my truck will ever make it to 200K or 300K. Reverse synchronizer went at 35K, LP at 54K, VP at 54,010K, what's next? If all the third party crap bolted on the cummins block would survive, I'm sure I will catch you someday!

2 months ago I "gave" away a 92 dually with 360,000 miles on it.
Never touched the engine. Tranny good, rebuilt rear-end. always
had brake problems.
Had oil changes about every 50,000+ miles...
This truck routinely pulled 18K+. Still running strong, rest of
truck gave up (doors falling off,etc)
